It is suitable for optical purpose because of very little bubbles.   Tosoh N　　　　Shinetsu HX　　　　Toshiba T-1030 Type�C　Synthesis hydroxy gen hydrolysis High purity and suitable for optical purpose. It is good for window, and lens.   Tosoh ES In addition, we can provide low alkali products for semiconductor jig.

Transmittance   �@Anhydrous fused quartz glass which has good permeability to an infrared level from 200nm to 3,500nm. �A・�BFused quartz glass which has good permeability from the ultraviolet area from 200nm to 2,500nm. (which does not absorb in 240nm area) �CSynthetic quartz glass which has high purity and non fluorescence and with good ultraviolet permeability. It is available from 190nm of far ultraviolet region to 2,000nm of far-red level.
